Goodbaby International Holdings Limited Appoints Chief Commercial Officer
Goodbaby is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Tim Maule as the Group’s Chief Commercial Officer (“CCO”). Mr Maule is currently working as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of its subsidiary Cybex. The move will reinforce overall management strength, and is in line with the Group’s corporate strategy to upgrade Goodbaby International to a market-driven and brand-oriented one-stop vertically integrated enterprise.
Tim Maule, aged 46, will mainly be in charge of the overall commercial execution of the Group’s long-term strategy with a view to creating shareholder value. At the global group level, Mr. Maule will direct marketing, sales, brand portfolio management as well as international sales in Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and North and South America. Mr. Maule has over 23 years of experience in the industry of juvenile products and toys and omni-channel international retail development under his belt. Previously, he was a Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the leading global brand Mamas & Papas in the United Kingdom, responsible for managing the company’s retail and wholesale businesses and running the UK stores, the E-commerce business, and the brand distribution business. He spearheaded the expansion of Mamas & Papas’ market coverage to 59 countries around the world through franchise stores, international E-commerce, distributors and sales offices, thus building a successful global business. He was an executive board member of the BPA UK trade association from 2011 to 2014.
