HO Kwok Yin, Eric (何國賢)
aged 67, was appointed as a non-executive director of the Company on 1 February 2013.
Mr. Ho was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1987 and as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 1988. He was a founding partner of Sidley Austin in Hong Kong and remained a partner of the firm until his retirement in 2010. Mr. Ho has over 30 years of experience in the legal profession with related expertise in international mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. Mr. Ho received a Bachelor of Social Science Degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1980.
