Goodbaby International Included in the S&P Global's "Sustainability Yearbook (China Edition) 2026" and Recognized as "Top 1%"

On May 21, 2026, S&P Global held sustainability forum and awarding ceremony and for the "Sustainability Yearbook (China Edition) 2026" in Shanghai. Goodbaby International Holdings Limited ("Goodbaby International", 1086.HK) stood out from 1,800 participating Chinese companies with its outstanding performance in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) aspects and was included in the yearbook for the second year in row.

As the only selected company in the children's products industry, Goodbaby International also won two major honors - "Top 1%" and "Industry Mover", setting a new benchmark for sustainability performance in the industry.

This year, around 1,800 Chinese companies were considered for inclusion in the Sustainability Yearbook (China Edition) 2026 and in the end around 190 outstanding (11%) performers were included.
